This session features a panel of International Education Abroad professionals of color with varying roles. Each panelist will share their own experiences, lead discussions and provide best practices for any office to retain staff of color. Participants will be able identity inclusive or excluding practices and possible solutions.
Digital Fluency: Creative Technology Solutions Outside of International Education

INNOVATION AWARDS FINALIST
Barcelona SAE is also honored to have been named a 2019 GoAbroad.com Innovation Awards finalist in the Innovation in Diversity category for TODOS: The Outcomes-Based Diversity Outreach Strategy. TODOS is such a meaningful initiative for our organization and is focused on results/outcomes of diversity and inclusion measures put in place to remove the barriers keeping students and educational institutions of varied diverse economic, educational, ethnic and social backgrounds from studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
The GoAbroad Innovation Awards Academy will vote over the coming weeks to determine the winner for each award, and the winners will be announced at the GoAbroad Reception during the NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo in Washington DC at the end of May. Congratulations to all of our fellow nominees and we look forward to celebrating everyone’s achievements within the field of international education.
